The City of Santa Clara is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with great interpersonal skills to join the Office of the City Clerk as a Management Analyst. This Management Analyst position will be in the City Clerk’s Office and be primarily responsible for managing and implementing the City’s award-winning good government programs. These programs include, but are not limited to the City’s, 1) Lobbyist Ordinance, 2) Open Calendar Ordinance, and 3) Democracy Santa Clara neighborhood, citizenship and voter engagement efforts. This position requires graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or closely related field; and one year of responsible professional journey-level experience in public administration working with human resources programs. The salary range is $95,767 to $123,932 annually.
